This market resolves YES if vendors, security firms, or JetBrains confirm documented theft of API keys from 10 or more developers or organizations by 31 December 2026.

Resolution Criteria

Confirmation via JetBrains official statement, vendor advisory (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), CISA alert, or investigative reports from reputable security researchers naming affected developers/orgs and confirming API key exfiltration.
