Resolution Criteria

Resolves YES if: A credible threat intelligence firm, law enforcement, or affected exchange publicly attributes a newly disclosed cyberattack or theft campaign to Lazarus Group before 2026-12-31. The campaign must be newly disclosed in 2026 — not a continuation of a previously reported 2024/2025 operation.
